1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code) through our online shop within the European Union.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after submission by an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded upon dispatch confirmation or delivery of the goods.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal Policy.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
6. Delivery
Delivery takes place within the EU by DHL or through dropshipping partners (e.g. AliExpress).
The delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the product’s warehouse location.
7. Payment
The following payment methods are available to you:

- Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.)
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. All goods from our shop are subject to legal warranty rights.
