We deliver exclusively to private customers within the European Union (EU).

Shipping Providers

Delivery is carried out by our dropshipping partners (e.g. via AliExpress) as well as by DHL, depending on the product and warehouse location.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is usually 7 to 15 business days, but may vary in exceptional cases – e.g. during high demand, public holidays, or customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout. In many cases, we offer free shipping – this will be indicated in the product description or in the shopping cart.

Tracking

When available, you will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch, which allows you to track the status of your order.

Customs and Import Duties

Since we only deliver within the EU, no additional customs duties or import charges apply to you.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge the reshipping costs.
