How long does shipping take?

Shipping via DHL within the EU takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email after shipment.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over a certain value.

Can I return products?

Yes – you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our products are cruelty-free and comply with current EU cosmetics guidelines.
